It shows a minimum of thinning during drying.
It gets a crack-free socket without shrinkage even under wind and sun.
Provides the advantage of comfortable and quick ending in large areas.
Resistant to external weather conditions, frost, and UV.
It can be applied on damp surfaces without a primer.
Can be used in areas affected by movement and vibration.
Due to its high adhesion performance and flexibility, it forms a waterproof layer under screed and ceramic.
It forms a jointless, seamless, permanent, waterproof coating.
Resistant to chemicals and salt solutions in soil.
Water vapor permeable.
Durability is high.
It can be applied by brush, trowel or spraying machine.
Resistant to the freeze-thaw cycle.

Pre-Application Preparation:
Take care of that the application surface is cured and intact.
The application surface should be cleaned from paint, oil, dust, etc. materials.
Plasters that are not well adhered on the application surface should be removed, If there are defects they should becorrected with repair mortars.
Active water leaks should be filled with suitable products.
Corners and edges should be chamfered at least 4 cm radius.
The application surface should thoroughly be wet, wait until wet-dry.
If the coating material immediately loses its water and becomes dull, it is understood that the surface is not sufficiently wetted or dries quickly.
In such cases, when the air is hot or the material is left in the wind, water can be added only up to 10% of component B can be added to the mixed material for the first layer.
On multi-hole surfaces Sumax Turbo Lastic The surface is smoothed by pulling a trowel, and normal application can be done after drying.
Mixture Ratio:
Component A: 10 Kg.
Component B: 10 Kg.
Application:
10 kg liquid component is added to 10 kg cement-based powder component and mixed with a low-speed mixer until the lumps are completely removed. Mix 10-20% less liquid component for trowel application.
It is suspended 3-5 minutes to complete the chemical reaction.
Mix again before use.
It is applied with a mortar, brush, roller or trowel.
Consume the prepared mortar within at the latest 30-45 min.
The prepared mixture is applied in 2 or 3 layers with the help of brush and roller.
The direction of brush application on each layer should be perpendicular to each other.
Wait about 1-3 hours for 2 coats application with brush or roller, application between layers.
Waiting time between coats may vary depending on ambient conditions.
The second coat should be applied after the first coat is dried in such a way that it is not damaged.
In application, wet film thickness should not exceed 2 mm in one layer.
The application should be done in at least 2 coats.
Ovalize the corner joints in the application area and reinforce the mortar with mesh.
The mesh can be placed between the application to meet the tensile stresses and create a more flexible waterproofing layer on mobile floors with the risk of cracking.
Waterproof, flexible insulation joint tape should be applied to prevent cracks and water leaks that may occur in cold joints in the joints of structural elements. At least 2 cm wider than the width of the tape to be applied to these joints Sumax Turbo Lastic are applied. Insulation joint tape is placed on the wet material, and it is pressed on the tape with a suitable trowel and adhered in such a way that there is no space left under it. On the tape by applying Sumax Turbo Lastic detail is completed.
In wet volume applications, moving points and vertical and horizontal corners can be supported with corner insulation tapes.
The working and reaction times of cement and acrylic-based systems are affected by ambient and ground temperature and relative humidity in the air.
The reaction slows down at low temperatures, which increases the pot life and working time.
Higher temperatures accelerate the chemical reaction, and the above times are shortened accordingly.
For the material to complete its cure, the ambient and surface temperature must not fall below the minimum allowable temperature.
Sumax Turbo Lastic of can be plastered or painted with solvent-free paints that are diffusion-resistant.
Warnings:
Avoid application at temperatures below +5ºC and above +35ºC.
Newly completed applications should be protected against adverse weather effects such as direct sunlight, excessive airflow, high air temperature (above +35ºC), rain, and frost.
If left open It should not be exposed to point or linear loads if left open.
Sumax Turbo Lastic earth fill should not be applied without applying for protection on the applied basic curtain walls.
Avoid direct contact with water in the first 4 hours of the completed application.
Do not add any additives other than its liquid component to the powder mortar.
Never add powder and water to the expired or crusted mortar in the container, discard the mortar.
Wash all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
