FAST SETTING, HIGH TENSILE MENHOLE LEVELING AND REPAIR MORTAR
Product Description:
It is cement based, one component, polymer reinforced, non-decomposing, fluid, early very high strength, fast setting repair mortar.
It is suitable for TS EN 1504-3 I R4 class
Public Works Pos No: 04.613/3C
Areas of Use:
Repair of concrete floors exposed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic,
Repairing the walls of sewers and manholes,
In raising manhole and manhole covers,
In the assembly of manhole frames, curbs and paving stones,
It is used in repairing concrete such as runways and platforms.
Features:
It has high compressive strength.
It is fluid, does not decompose and does not bleed water.
It is easy to apply, gains fast strength, opens to traffic in 1 hour, provides cost advantage.
Thanks to its very high early strength, deterioration is prevented.
It is mixed with only water, it is applied easily by pouring into the mold.
It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycle.

Pre-Application Preparation:
Must be taken care to ensure that cement-based surfaces are solid, carrier, dust-free and clean.
Any kind of rust, grease, oil, etc. that will weaken the surface adherence. must be cleared of residues.
The edges of the surface created by breaking should be cut as perpendicular as possible, the rust on the reinforcement should be removed, and new reinforcement should be added if necessary.
If there is a water current on the application surface, it should be drained or closed with a suitable plug.
The application surface should be saturated with water, but there should be no free water left on the surface.
Water Mixing Ratio:
Tamires R9P For 1 Kg. Powder For 25 Kg. Bag
Mixing Water Amount 0,12-0,16 liter 3,5-4,0 liter
Application:
The appropriate amount of water is poured into a clean mixing bucket with the help of a scale.
Tamires R9P is added slowly for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained. It is mixed and the material becomes ready to use.
The prepared mortar should be poured on the surface with a thickness between 10 mm and 50 mm in one layer.
For applications deeper than 50 mm, Tamires R9P should be mixed with fine aggregate (10 mm diameter) at weight ratio (1 kg. Aggregate / 2 kg. Powder).
Molds should not be taken before 15 minutes.
Warnings:
The prepared mortar should be applied within 7 minutes at + 20ºC.
Working and reaction times are affected by temperature and relative humidity in the air.
At low temperatures, hydration slows down, which increases pot life and working time.
High temperatures accelerate hydration and the times stated above decrease accordingly.
In order for the material to complete its setting, the ambient and ground temperature should not fall below the allowed temperature.
In cases where it will be used with fine aggregate, the materials should be mixed dry and then added to the bucket filled with water. The mixing water should not be increased more than 10%.
Tamires R9P is not suitable for use as a floor covering.
Consumption: 21-23 kg / m² (for 10 mm thickness)
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.
Packing: 25 kg craft bags.
Storage and Shelf Life:
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 3 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system.
Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage.
Suitable storage conditions are 12 months from the date of production.
Opened packages should be used within a week.
